Collins and his restaurants have been praised through numerous press outlets, including the Los Angeles Times, LA Weekly, LA Magazine, LA Eater, Modern Luxury, and more. Collins is a respected chef, and his restaurant is consistently named one of the best in Los Angeles.
Collins has appeared on several American reality shows, serving as an expert chef and consultant to struggling pubs on Spike TV's Bar Rescue, and triumphing over French chef David Feau on Esquire Network's Knife Fight. The proud Brit's passion and energy for his craft burst through the screen as he commands the kitchen, making all of his appearances intense, entertaining, and often mouth-watering.
Beginning in March 2014, Collins will appear on MTV's House of Food, a one hour, weekly docu-series that combines the exciting real-life competitive elements of culinary school with the dramatic setting of a house reality show. Collins will serve as a mentor to a group of young aspiring chefs with no formal culinary training competing for the apprenticeship of a lifetime.
Brendan is also available to prepare private dinners.
